How do I restore my subscription?
Open Fabi → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
My weight data disappeared after reinstalling.
Weight entries are stored directly on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all of that data. We recommend keeping iCloud Backup enabled to protect your iPhone data.
The AI coach isn't responding.
Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, force-quit the app and reopen it. Still stuck? Email us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel.
Can I export my weight history?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. Let us know via email if this is important to you.
